I guide women and couples through conversations, experiences, and practical exploration to understand what is underneath their patterns, reconnect with themselves and each other, and create change that feels authentic to who they are.
Human connection is complex. Relationships, intimacy, confidence, self-expression, and personal growth are deeply interconnected, yet they are often approached as separate parts of life.
My work brings these elements together through a blend of psychological insight, embodied practices, lived experience, and ongoing research into relationships, women’s development, and human connection. I believe meaningful change begins with greater self-awareness, understanding the patterns, beliefs, emotional responses, and relationship dynamics that shape how we experience ourselves and connect with others.
This work is not about following a fixed formula or trying to become someone you are not. It is about developing a deeper understanding of yourself, reconnecting with your needs and values, and building the confidence to make more conscious choices in your relationships and everyday life.
With a background in psychology and sociology, alongside further training in positive psychology, counselling, neurodivergence, somatic work, and mindfulness, my approach is grounded, practical, and focused on real-life transformation. I combine reflection with practical tools to support personal development, emotional wellbeing, relationship communication, and more authentic self-expression.
Ultimately, my work is about creating a supportive space where self-awareness, emotional connection, and authentic expression can become the foundation for healthier relationships, greater confidence, and a more conscious way of living.
As the founder of The Lust Supper, I have also explored connection, intimacy, and self-expression through experiential events and guided group experiences, bringing a unique perspective that extends beyond traditional coaching.
You keep attracting the same type of partner, despite promising yourself this time will be different.
You give so much to everyone else that your own needs, desires, and wellbeing have slowly moved to the bottom of the list.
You know what you want, but struggle to communicate your needs, set boundaries, or stop second-guessing yourself.
You've built a successful life on the outside, yet feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure about what comes next.
The passion, intimacy, or emotional connection in your relationship has faded beneath the demands of work, family, and everyday life.
You're ready for change, but keep finding yourself trapped in the same habits, patterns, or comfort zones.
If any of these resonate, you're not alone
Recognising the patterns, beliefs, emotional responses, and protective behaviours that may be keeping you caught in the same cycles.
Coming back to your body, emotions, intuition, and desire, and noticing what happens beneath the stories you tell yourself.
Exploring how you relate to yourself and others, including communication, boundaries, intimacy, emotional withdrawal, vulnerability, and the conversations that can feel difficult to have.
Taking what you discover beyond the coaching conversation and into real life, experimenting with new choices, responses, behaviours, and ways of relating.
Each space is held with care and intention, allowing for a pace that feels supportive, respectful, and aligned with your individual needs.
